Subject: how to program the overflow to always be zero

Hello!
In my research, I'm using WEAP to simulate a water supply system. To represent urban reservoirs and water treatment plants (WTP), I'm using "reservoirs" as nodes, as this is the only feature where I can insert inputs and outputs, connecting them to other reservoirs and demand sites. For the mass balance at these nodes to work correctly, I need to make these "reservoirs" function similarly to a "closed box." To achieve this, the evaporation and overflow losses must be equal to "zero." Could someone tell me how to program WEAP so that the "inflows" of the "reservoir" nodes equal the water demand sites, and how to program the overflow to always be zero? Thank you in advance for your help. |
