What format does weap use for the streamflow data, is it monthly or daily?

Hello
You can define on which time scale your model will run (monthly, daily, weekly or yearly) and you must deliver the data according to that format.
You can set that in General >Years and Time Steps. I recommend you to have a look at https://www.weap21.org/WebHelp/Years_and_Time_Steps.htm
