To run WEAP in Windows 2000 or Windows XP, you must either be an Administrator or a "Power User", or you must be granted read and write privileges on the WEAP directory by your computer

my problem is that when I install weap, it's not created the folder weap areas; and links from past projects must be updated manually. What can I do?
