Currently I am working with WEAP-MODFLOW for analysing Surface water-Groundwater interaction for my study area. My MODFLOW model is running absolutely fine, without any errors and warnings. WEAP is also successfully linked with MODFLOW.

After linking I am facing one trouble that is in WEAP results map view it is showing me the entire area is Flooded (F). I have checked the Model Top elevation in MODFLOW and the cell head values in WEAP. In every cell in every time period, the cell head value is quite less than the elevation. Both models run on a monthly basis, units are also the same (meter, day). I have tried every possible way to solve the flood issue.

Can you please assist me regarding this ?
