I am trying to download downscaled CMIP6 Climate model data. I have my catchments and once I load climate data and then click on Data (on the left side bar) I see that it loads. Once I go to the ClimateData Folder and to the GCM and finally SSP, I see a new file created in .nc format. I tried opening it in csv and in notepad, however, it was not readable. May I kindly get assistance on the how I can get a .csv file

In that ClimateData folder, you should see a .CSV file for each catchment. Have you build any catchments in your schematic? I believe what you need to do is build the catchments using catchment delineation mode for the area you want to download. Then, while in catchment delineation mode, check the box for "Load Climate Data". Then, click on "Data" in the upper left and WEAP should load the climate data.
