Hello, I am a new WEAP user, I am working with an existing WEAP model and am trying to enter new rainfall data and compare the model output using both datasets.

My new time series corresponds to the mean rainfall for each sub catchment (about 60 total) over an 8 year period (1997-2005).

After going through tutorial and help files, I understand that if i go to the climate tab I can upload a new xcel or csv file containing my time series using the read from file function

That said, precipitation records (and their corresponding time series) are listed under a category called "Demand Sites and Catchments" and when I highlight each of those, it looks like particular sub catchments have more than one time series (i presume multiple demand sites) associated with them. The problem is, I do not have the spatial coordinates of these demand these sites.

My questions are:

1) how do i go about importing my new time series so that all the same "Demand Sites and Catchments" are represented for comparison purposes and 2) is there a simpler faster way to import the time series than one by one?

I would be happy to provide more detail and or send screenshots by email if that would make it easier for you to understand. I would be very grateful for some help on this

Caroline
