Description
The number of hours in the current timestep (as specified in the General, Years and Time Steps screen).
Example
Hours
Evaluated in January 2000 = 31 * 24 = 744
Evaluated in February 2000 = 28 * 24 = 672 (if
leap days are turned off)
Evaluated in February 2000 = 29 * 24 = 696 (if
leap days are turned on)
