I am pleased to announce that the WEAP Forum is back on line: (If you have forgotten your forum password, which is different than the license code to activate WEAP, you can request that a new password be sent to you:

The WEAP User Forum is the best way for WEAP users to engage in dialog with the WEAP development team as well as other WEAP users. Within the coming weeks I will be releasing a major new version of WEAP. When I do, I will announce it on the WEAP forum. (If you are receiving this email, then you will receive that announcement too, unless you unsubscribe.)

The forum now has a "Members List" page ( that lists everyone in the WEAP forum (over 2300 people). You can filter this list by country, or search by name or by organization. If you would prefer not to have your name listed here, you can edit your profile ( and choose "Hide my profile from others". Note: only members of the forum who are logged in can view the Members List.
