Dear Sir/Ma'am
I am very new to WEAP and facing so many problem to understand the functions of WEAP
please suggest any thesis or Research paper through which I can relate my problem (Regional Water Resources Planning)
Also want to ask that what is water year method.

Dear Mitika,

The WEAP Tutorial (available in English http://www.weap21.org/downloads/WEAP_Tutorial.pdf) goes through many of WEAP's features and also has a great explanation of the Water Year Method.

I recommend starting there - it will take a few days to go through.
