Payments
Payment is due within two weeks of registration, until exactly one month before the training. At that time, further registrants must be pay immediately. If payment is not received within two weeks, the registration will be cancelled.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
If a registrant cannot attend and informs SEI before September 1, 2014, SEI will provide a full refund. If the registrant must cancel after September 1, the refund will be contingent on whether SEI can fill the vacated spot, and thus we cannot guarantee a refund after that time.
WEAP License
WEAP is provided at no cost to government, university and non-profit organizations in developing countries. For registrants who do not qualify for a free license, SEI will provide a free 1-year personal (not site) WEAP license for use during and after the training.
Training Location
Registrants are expected to attend the training at the specified location and bring a laptop for use in the training. No remote access will be provided.
Language
The on-site WEAP trainings will be conducted entirely in English.
Events Outside Our Control
SEI will not be liable or responsible for any failure to provide the training that is caused by events outside our reasonable control. In this event we will communicate with registrants to explore options for rescheduling, but we cannot guarantee refunds.
