Setting Up Your Analysis

To setup an area, the problem under study is characterized by defining physical elements comprising the water demand-supply system and their spatial relationships, the study time period, units, hydrologic pattern, and, when needed, water quality constituents and cost parameters. A central feature is an easy-to-use "drag and drop" graphical interface used to lay out and visualize the physical features of the water supply and demand system. This spatial layout represents the Schematic.
